1 尼龙质地较软容易切削但也容易变形。
2 刀具上应选择前角比价大的,排屑槽也要比常规的大一些。
3 工件需要在尼龙表现滚花,加紧力要均匀。
4 大了变形小了滚花不准,用户使用专用夹套避免此现象发生。
5滚花的转速进给都要适当减小。
